These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rebygene.com (the "Site"), operated by Eugene Williams, a licensed Colorado real estate agent (License #100110540) with RE/MAX InMotion ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

4. Down Payment Assistance & Loan Information

Eugene Williams is a real estate agent, not a licensed mortgage loan originator, lender, or financial advisor. Any information about CHFA, metroDPA, first-generation homebuyer programs, or other financing is educational and general. Program names, terms, income limits, funding availability, and eligibility change often and must be confirmed with a CHFA-approved lender. We do not originate loans and do not receive compensation for lender referrals in exchange for referring you.

5. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to third-party websites, tools, or services (such as MLS search portals, lenders, or valuation providers). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

6. Communications Consent
