3. Property Valuation Tool

When you submit a property address for a free home valuation, your address is used to generate an estimate powered by third-party market data. By submitting an address, you consent to being contacted by Eugene Williams regarding a full professional Comparative Market Analysis at no cost to you.

4. How We Store Your Information

Information submitted through our forms is securely stored using Google Workspace tools accessible only to Eugene Williams and authorized RE/MAX InMotion personnel. This website is hosted on Google Firebase with industry-standard security measures.

5. Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share it only in these limited circumstances:

• RE/MAX InMotion: As your agent's brokerage, RE/MAX InMotion may access transaction-related information as required by Colorado real estate law.
• Service providers: Google Firebase, Google Sheets, and property data tools that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality.
• Third-party search tools: Address autocomplete uses OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service. Submitted addresses are subject to OpenStreetMap's privacy policy.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
